1. 7‑Day Return Policy (7 天无理由)
You may return unused, unopened and original‑condition items within 7 calendar days upon receiving your package.
Items must be in original packaging, without scratches, stains or signs of use.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost for non‑defect 7‑day no‑reason returns.
Please contact us before sending any returns, we will provide you with return instructions. We cannot accept returned goods sent without prior notification.
2. Damaged, Defective or Lost Items
If your package is lost during shipping, or products arrive damaged, broken or defective:
Please send us clear photos/videos showing the outer package and defective items within 48 hours after receiving goods.
After verification, we will arrange compensation, replacement or refund for you.
3. Non‑returnable cases
- Items with obvious signs of wear, used, damaged by customer misuse cannot be returned.
- Custom/personalized items are not eligible for 7‑day no‑reason return.
